Every user can search on Tradesupport.net withing
charge Product Information, Company
Information, By registering to be a member without charge,
you can enjoy the following functions with free , which will make
it convenient for you to trade via network. But all your operations
must comply with the Terms
On User Registration.

Latest News:
This column is the first page once logging in Tradesupport.net, which is used to prompt the member of the updated information and daily information of the system.
Data Statistics:
To calculate and show the total data of product information and company information, the daily upgraded number, and the number of product information, company information calculated respectively according to 27 various walks, in a form on our tradesupport.net.

(2) Feedback:
View Comments:
To show all the messages left by others. The submission time shows the date when the message is submitted. To hit the message subject, and a new window will appear for you to check the messages. To hit "Sender Details", and a new window will appear, showing the sender's details. To hit "Answer", and you can answer the message sender. To hit "Trash", and the message will be deleted from the receiving box, but it is not really deleted. You can check it in the trash box.
Submit:
When sending message to other members, you can type the receiver's username in "Receiver Username" (For example: Gaoth); To type the subject or primary contents of your comments in "Comment Subject"(For example: Help); To type the contents of your comments in "Comments"(For example: Please give me an instruction about how to use the comment submission function. Thank you!); If you select "send to the receiver's mailbox as well", the message will be sent to the receiver's mailbox at the same time. Hit "Submit", then the message will be sent. If it is an unknown username, please hit "Back" to check whether the username is properly written.
Trash:
The message in the trash, which has been deleted from the receiving box, can still be viewed by hitting the comment subject; It will be completely deleted by hitting "Delete"; All the messages in the trash will be completely deleted by hitting the "Clear Trash".
Address Book:
To type the contact username to be added, the system will add its related information (including: username, company, name, E-mail, etc) to the address book. To hit "User Details" to check the details of the contact; To hit "Feedback" to leave a message to the contact; To hit "Delete" to delete the information from the address book.
(3) Submit
Issue Product:
To fill in the form of issuing product carefully according to its request. Those marked with *must be filled in. The system will fill in your company's related information automatically. You can edit your information. The link address of a product picture is the link address on Internet of the product picture. (For example: http://www.tradesupport.net/cn/images/none.gif. If there is no pictures, the system will replace it with http://www.tradesupport.net/cn/images/none.gif. Once the information is submitted successfully, the system will list the product information submitted, and you can inquire, edit or delete it. "Inquired Times" will tell you the number of your information being inquired.
Company Information:
If there are mistakes or changes on your company information, which has filled in when registering to be a member, you can edit them here.
(4) Search
Search Product:
To search synthetically by keyword, time, country, industry, price, and filter the information as well. It will be omitted if no keywords. The result will be showed below, including product picture, release date, product name, inquired times. To click product name, there will be a new window for checking the information; To click "Company Details" to check the company's details which released the information; If you want to contact the message sender, please complete the comment subject and content which are below the information. If selecting "Send To Receiver's Mailbox As Well", it will be sent to the receiver's mailbox at the same time. Please enter your username and password again, and click "Submit".
Search Company:
To search synthetically by keyword, time, country, industry, scale, and filter the information as well. It will be omitted if no keywords. The result will be showed below, including registration date, company name, inquired times. To click "Company Name", there will be a new window for checking the company's details. To click "Company Product" to check all the company's product information. If you have logged in Tradesupport.net, you can add the company's contact name to your address book by clicking "Add Contact Name To Address Book", which will make it convenient for later business contact; If you have not logged in it, please click "Add Contact Name To Address Book", the system will open the home page of Tradesupport.net. Please log in it and do the related operation, or enter the address book and add the contact name by hand. If you want to contact the company, please complete the comment subject and content below the company's details. If selecting "Send To The Receiver's Mailbox As Well", it will be sent to the receiver's mailbox at the same time. Please enter your username and password again, and click "submit".
(5) System
Change Password:
Change your password in Tradesupport.net. Once the password has been changed successfully, please relogin, otherwise you can not do some operations.
Exit System:
Exit the system operation page, and back to Tradesupport.net home page. For the security of your password and information, please use the normally exit in "Exit System" after all the operations are over. Please do not close the browser directly.
